I’m new to using trailers & RVs so I had a lot of questions. Arnold was very responsive and helpful. Arnold was able to explain everything to me in detail and was also able to take a call / FaceTime me when I did have some questions! For my specific rental, we were flying in from Texas and headed to the Gorge Amphitheatre . I could not pick up/tow the trailer. They were able to accommodate me by delivering and setting up for my Terrace camp spot for me the day prior to my show I was headed to at the camp grounds. Arnold and his wife Maria have been super helpful for my group traveling from Texas and California.Arriving to the campgrounds later than planned, we were quick to get everything settled in while there was sun out. We were able to get things going and started. The trailer was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and in pristine shape.Being set up in an amazing terrace spot we were very close to the showers and bathrooms so we were able to conserve water by not showering in the trailer. We did use all the freshwater available for dishes and bathroom for 7 adults. Extremely spacious and roomy for 7. The queen bed could hold 2 persons. There is a double bunk bed could fit 1-2 adults each. The couch pulls out comfortably for an adult bed that fits 1.The generator that they provided us was great. It heals a great amount of fuel and even provided us with an additional 5 gallon can to refill. We came on a pretty hot weekend so we’re fortunate to help keep the RV cool. The propane tanks were full and we were able to cook all our meals. I did only use the inside kitchen and propane stoves. I did not attempt the oven. For the most part, everything was fairly easy to use. this specific rental actually has an app on iOS, Forest River Owners Guide. I recommend downloading this for a good reference tool on how to use the specific trailers. All in all, I recommend Arnold and Maria for anyone looking for a great trailer.
