Jenco and Christena were wonderful people to work with. They delivered the trailer to our site and picked it up after. They arrived when they said they would and set it up and it was beautiful and so clean! They even had a large carpet for outside, so the sitting area under the canopy was really comfortable. Because we had no electrical or water hookup, they offered to replace the battery if it ran low and delivered the trailer with the water tank full of drinking water. They even included a large container of drinking water in case we ran out! They brought the new battery as soon as we needed it and when we had some trouble with the fridge they came to fix it right away. Then when my kids were thinking about staying an extra night they agreed to pick the trailer up Saturday morning instead of Friday night, so I was able to spend more time with my children before they went home to Toronto. And they said that because we'd had some trouble with the fridge, they would not charge me for the extra night. They didn't have to do that!! This was my first time renting a trailer and we loved it. I will definitely rent from Christena and Jenco again and really appreciate the caliber of people that Outdoorsy connected us with.

Christena was very helpful when we picked up the trailer. Texted questions were answered quickly. Electric slide out and awning was good. Table slide out only big enough for children to sleep on.
