We were not in cellphone service when Ralph sent me a e-mail regarding that the generator would not run the AC. That was the main reason we paid for the generator. Also, I got to the campground at 12:00 as communicated & the RV was already. dropped off. The refrigerator was not on, so my food had to stay in the coolers. We lost battery power Friday night, so no lights. Paid $60.00 for the generator, but couldn't use it for AC

Great to have the RV delivered to the campsite and fully set up. Ralph was communicative and attentive.
