Josh is a really great guy. The RV met our needs. We had a good vacation

HOST: my experience was very good with the RV host. We communicated well. He walked us through the RV's operation. Josh was very friendly and helpful.
The RV - the bathroom had an awful urine smell, coming from the toilet. You had to hold your nose when entering the bathroom. The smell was strong and never went away. Also, the furniture is too old and worn. The surface on the chairs are worned away; they should have been replaced... they look bad. The refrigerator and freezer needs cleaning. Overall, the RV needs serious updating.

We used the camper for a long weekend at a horse show for our daughter. This is the second time we've rented from Josh. He is a great host. He communicates well and responds quickly when less experienced campers like us have questions throughout the weekend. We will continue to use Josh's campers when we visit the area.

Great experience. Camper was clean and everything was in good condition. Josh was very helpful and accommodating with our time constraints for delivery and pickup. Renting from him again it two weeks.

Rv was clean and well furnished. Lee was very responsive and helpful. We needed assistance with something and he even came to the site to help us. When we are back in this area, we will use him again.
