Lacy was very fast to respond to any questions I had leading up to the day of the trip, allowing us to easily plan our trip in advance. The camper was set up for us to pick up, making it a breeze for me as a first timer using this app. The camper was in perfect condition and made our 4 day trip that much more enjoyable and stress-free.
