R-Pod was easy to tow and comfortable to use. We had a small problem with the water heater near the end of the trip, but the rest of the unit performed as expected. One week was in RV parks with full hookups. We had no hookups for the other week and a half.

Overall great little RV for our 3 person family! Offered us everything we needed for a three night camp out with friends. It towed easy (F350), tracked right behind the truck, and maneuvered no problem when parking and setting up. There were a few missing components (dead battery, left brake light/blinker out, missing hitch ball pin), but I don’t think that’s unexpected with a rental RV so just be sure to do a thorough walkthrough before pulling away with it.

Overall the experience was okay. Kristen was super responsive to all of my questions, and flexible with pick-up and drop off. I'd give customer service 5 stars.
The trailer is functional, but I suspect heavily used. The mattress was at the end of it's life and it came with a foam topper (no linens due to COVID). The foam topper was essentially a sponge and it would have been nice if a waterproof (washable) mattress cover was included. There is no way to clean this between uses. Extra TP was provided (thank you!), but plan to pack your own paper towels, garbage bags, basic first aid kit. The battery also died within ~ 2 hours of arriving at camp (we only ran the lights in the trailer). Luckily my dad brought an extra battery and our trip was saved.
The trailer has all the bare necessities for a trip and I was thankful it was available for our trip to the beach.

A great Little Rig just right for myself and two kids for the weekend! Easy to tow and setup, small enough for SUVs without V8s as it is under that 5000lb tow limit, we towed with a V6 4Runner. Kristen was great with the walk-through, and very responsive to questions. Would rent again and recommend!

Had a great camping trip with this camper! It was perfect for our family of 4 for a 3-night stay at a state park. It was clean and Kristen was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Great experience all around!

I feel very fortunate to have come across Kristen's ad on Outdoorsy. While looking for a smaller towable RV for the Forth of July weekend, I was having difficulties finding a suitable trailer to rent. After some research online I knew I was looking for an R-Pod. After messaging Kristen a few times for some minor initial details I made all the arrangements. Pickup and drop off were easy, and everything was included for a self-contained trip. And although we didn't use all of the "comforts" of home, it was reassuring to know that they were there and available. Kristen quickly answered our few questions and handed over the keys, wishing us farewell. Towing was smooth and without any issues or a anti-sway or wd hitch. Setup was easy and straight forward. Drop off was just as easy. We are now looking forward too our next trip and are hoping that Kristen's R-Pod will be available at that time!

The Forest River R-POD and working with Kristen was super awesome! Working with her was very easy and she was very accommodating on pick up and drop off times. The Rpod was clean and an easy TOW with my Highlander. Great experience and I plan to rent again.

Kristen was great and very easy to communicate with. She answered every question in a timely manner. This R-Pod was clean, well taken care of, and easy to travel with - easy to hook up to, all lights and brakes worked. We only had it a short time for a family gathering and did not have a hook-up or generator to be able to use all the amenities (stove/micro/fridge) but we were very comfortable. Kristen made sure the battery was charged for our trip. Next time I hope to really be able to use everything.
