Mike, the owner of the trailer had it immaculately clean inside and out. the unit is a 2024 and has been used. BUT everything was functioning and operational. Mike told us to take a generator with us. We are glad we did since we had some cloudy days where the solar panel couldn't keep up. We never slept with the generator running. off at 7PM and band back on about 8 am for a few hours.
The biggest question one should ask is: "Would you rent this unit again?" My answer is yes, in a heartbeat!

The experience was wonderful. We couldn’t figure out how to get the outlets to work or how to make the water warm up at all; that was our fault because it was our first time using an RV. It was such a fun time. My husband is on his way to return the camper, and I’m sad because I would love to keep it for ourselves. The size was perfect for a family with small children.
