RENTER BEWARE! The host accused us of having a dog in the trailer, which we did not and despite both the host (Brian) and my husband pointing out and discussing that the fabric on the couch was worn and bubbled, during the term of our rental (9 days), the fabric did in fact flake-off. He is now charging us for an entire, brand new couch! The trailer is a 2019 and is going to have some wear and tear, looks like they'll be funding the replacement of items by charging their renters. Also, the bathroom smelled as if it had not been dumped. We had to keep the door shut the entire time and it was overwhelming. Would not recommend.

Reply to reviewJust to start off my reply to your remarks, you are leaving a negative review because you are upset that we collected your deposit, due to all of the damages you caused during your rental. The statement made, “it was agreed that the fabric was worn and bubbled” is false. The conversation had with Chris, I stated that yes this fabric is known to ware and bubble but this is NOT the case. I have videos and photos prior to your rental departure showing there was zero sign of any possible ware or damage. We both did a pre damage walk through prior to your rental starting. I pointed out all flaws that I’m aware of and Chris pointed out a small mark on the bottom of the door that he saw during the pre walk through. This was all agreed upon, documented and signed.
If the damage on the couch was existing like you and Chris claim, this should have been pointed out or I should have been notified as soon as it was noticed.
There are clear claw scratches on the front of the couch and on top where the hole is, which is why I questioned Chris if there was a dog. Chris denied owning a dog. After further review, facebook photos proved that you guys do in fact own a dog. Which we seen in many of your photos you take it everywhere. We did not charge you full price for a brand new couch. A brand new couch was $886 plus shipping and tax. The damage you guys also caused to the door on the outside of the trailer cost $400 to repair and replace. Collecting your $500 deposit paid for half of a new replacement, as discussed with Chris. The claim about the bathroom smell, could be the fact that the tanks were not flushed during your 10 day rental while you had it.
