Shaogang was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The trailer was spotless and everything was functioning perfectly. Zero complaints, would rent again

RV was in great working order - no problems at all with any systems and the AC worked great in the heat wave! Shaogang was an excellent host - even taking extra time to help me with safety tips for towing, since I am newer to the process and towing with an SUV rather than a truck.
