A true gem. Very courteous and prompt in answering all questions. Any problems that arose were addressed thoroughly and Larrian made the trip a pleasure. She is responsible and does everything she can to make your trip great. She also made my check out process and RV return inspection painless completing the process timely and thoroughly while minimizing extra charges and communicating clearly for no surprise charges. It was the perfect RV trip, thank you Larrian!

I felt extremely scrutinized, and if my trip did not go exactly as planned I was in trouble. She didn’t want me to deviate from my plan, and I had to tell her exactly where I was going or she would be upset. At one point, she called me and lectured me for about 10 minutes about going to a national park 30 minutes away because I didn’t tell her. I didn’t utilize the RV after that I just parked it, I should’ve just driven my own car.

This is just a sample of the issues with this renter: "You have been going way above the speed limit of 55 to 65 for the RV. You were clocked at over 81 miles per hour which is in violation of the contract. DO NOT drive above 65 to 67 miles per hour with the RV or there is NO protection for any accidents. This is considered reckless driving and you and I had a conversation about this when you booked the RV regarding how to calculate mileage versus time of driving. You told me you were in no hurry and would not be stressed yet you are not following the speed limits for an RV and for the insurance coverage." She then took the RV off the reported trip to a national park NOT allowed due to sand issues, after assuing me she was only planning to visit her father and they would be parked outside his place in Las Vegas. The GPS then spotted the RV leaving Las vegas and heading out into the desert, another violation. Finally this renter stole an expensive orthopedic pillow.

We had an excellent trip with 3 little kids. The rv was pristine and had every amenity we needed. We can’t thank the host enough for entrusting us with their rv that gave us the best memories. We did not feel like it was missing anything.

Larrian was an outstanding host: organized, communicative, and thoughtful in every detail. The RV itself was immaculate and fully equipped, with everything meticulously prepared for our trip. From pickup to drop-off, the process was smooth and stress-free. Every system worked perfectly, and Larrian made sure we were confident and ready to roll. Couldn’t have asked for a better Outdoorsy experience. Highly recommend Larrian and her RV to anyone looking for a reliable, top-quality rental!
