We had a fabulous trip! We experienced some problems emptying the black tank and Michael was a pro at helping us learn for future trips and handled like a professional. We look forward to renting again!

Renting from Michael was overall a great experience. The camper itself is beautiful, brand new, obviously incredibly clean and very well equipped. Communication with Michael on the whole was seamless, he was very responsive to any questions we had and was very understanding about a mistake made by Outdoorsy which led to confusion about our reservation details. The only issue we had was that we weren't aware that there was a pump on the black water tank that was meant to be used when clearing it out. We've only had experience w/ gravity fed tanks in the past. This led to us going through the motions to dump the tank only to realize that it hadn't been emptied completely when we returned it, this led to a significant charge against our security deposit. A detailed checklist of what needed to be done before returning the camper would have been hugely helpful.
