This was our first experience in an RV, and Austin made everything easy. He sent me a series of videos that showed us how everything worked and things were just as described. It was really nice to have a host who was responsive and friendly and available to answer questions.

The van was exactly what I needed for my trip: simple, reliable and comfy. There was plenty of room for myself and my dogs. Austin was knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely rent his van again in the future
