Enjoyed the rv, however we were dry camping and apparently all the water leaked out and we had no water to take showers or flush or cook and clean. Also they charge for everything, so if you are from out of town you will need to bring your own linens and dishes or pay extra. I would think it should be like a hotel room. At a minimum it should come with the linens and towels and basic dishes at no extra costs. Location was great but the no water is the reason for the 2 stars

Had a horrible experience with renting this RV.
From last 4 years, annually we use to rent RV from "RV Family Adventures" and from last 2 consecutive years we are facing multiple issues. For this year, we rented the 2019 model RV for a 3-day trip to interstate. During orientation, we suspected that one of the tire is unsuitable for ride. We asked about it and were told that "it is Ok". This model does not has tire pressure indicator on dashboard, so we could not validate. On the very first day of our trip, we got a flat tire. We called the roadside assistance (which we opted while renting) and were told that if the vehicle has spare tire, then it would be a 1 hr task but if the vehicle does not has spare tire it would take longer. The vehicle did NOT had any spare tire ( or tools to change )and we ended up wasting $700 &5 hrs on road with a flat tire. On inspecting the burnt tire, service guy told that it is too old (2009 model) to be used. We had to get a new tire and replaced it, owner does not want to reimburse for anything. Also, few more as below
1. Exorbitant Charges for everything, including late pickup/ drop OR early pickup/drop.
2. Looks like the vehicle is NOT being maintained for its normal wear and tear.
3. While renting, during orientations for every question asked, the response is "It is ok". Though it is not.
4. During renting, least or NO support provided by the owners.

Overall it was ok. The RV generator didn’t work well and was leaking. I originally had scheduled on the app for a 10 AM pick up originally and unfortunately was contacted before and stated if I wanted to pick it up at 10 AM I would have to pay an extra $75. This is quite confusing. The folks at outdoorsy were helpful but the owner of the RV insisted that I pay.

RV was super spacious, plenty of compartments, and it’s in great condition has some really unique and neat features! We did have some electrical issues with the RV and the owners were quick to respond to the issue & attempted to fix the issue. It was a little inconvenient we had no A/C for a few hours (5) nor electricity to charge our phones but once we resolved the issue everything else was great !

The RV was very nice, and everything worked perfect. Chad and Maria were very informative, friendly and easy to work with. Easy pick up and drop off. Do not hesitate to rent! We will rent from them again.

Excellent RV in good condition. Good briefing. Only complaint is the betting was poor consisting on a blanket and one pillow and no top sheet. Should at least have a duvet or top sheet and blankets as we headed for cold weather and offer of a second pillow. Should also have had some additional glasses for use and additional kitchen utensils would not go amiss - all there was available was a plastic pint mug each. We had to spend money buying additional glasses, pilllows, sheets and blankets.

Maria and Chad were very nice and took my phone call every time with any concern. The pickup was convenient and they showed me all the controls and how they work. The coach worked perfectly. This was short notice rental and they had what my family needed.
