While the RV got us to our destination, our experience was much more stressful than expected, especially for first-time RV travelers.
Mechanical & Driving Concerns: The listing mentioned the RV was easy to drive, but the wheels felt severely unbalanced during the trip. It clearly requires mechanical maintenance. Additionally, the heater was malfunctioning and would not turn off—even when switched to the "OFF" position. This made the drive back extremely hot and uncomfortable.
Amenities & Maintenance: The listing stated that sheet blankets would be provided, but none were in the RV upon arrival (luckily, we brought extras). Basic fluids were also neglected: the windshield washer fluid was completely empty, as was the RV's main fresh water tank. The generator stopped working after a single use of the microwave and would not turn back on.
Post-Trip Disagreements: To make matters worse, the host falsely claimed we broke the window blinds and attempted to charge us extra for them. We simply rolled them up as intended.
Given the lack of basic maintenance, missing amenities, and unfair damage claims, I would recommend looking at other options.

Jasmine communicated clearly throughout the process and was very accommodating. I mistakenly misread the drop off time but she graciously allowed a later drop-off.

Jasmine was absolutely AMAZING! We booked her RV last minute, and she made the entire experience so easy and stress free. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from the very beginning.
The camper was spotless, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and it came stocked with so many thoughtful extras like towels, chairs, and a table. It truly had everything we needed for an amazing trip.
Before we left, Jasmine took the time to walk us through exactly how everything worked, which made us feel so comfortable and confident using the RV. She was also super flexible about our return time, which we really appreciated after a busy weekend.
I honestly can't recommend Jasmine enough. This was by far the best RV rental experience we've had, and we won't be renting from anyone else in the future. We'll definitely be booking with Jasmine again. Thank you so much for helping make our trip absolutely perfect! ❤️🚐

Jasmine made this trip incredibly easy! The RV itself is easy to drive and has everything needed. the beds are very comfortable too! Traffic on our way back home was a nightmare but Jasmine was very patient and was flexible with pick up and drop off times! This was truly a very fun and cool experience. Thank you Jasmine! Can’t wait to do it again!

This was our first time using an RV and our first time visiting Yosemite, and we had an amazing experience with both, thanks to the RV owners.

Jasmine was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating, and her RV was perfect for our needs. It's an older RV but clean and in very good condition and can't be beat for the price. We def recommend!

Amazing RV and Jasmine was extremely accommodating. I’m not an experienced camper or very familiar with RV’s but she made the experience easier for me and my family. Thank you to Outdoorsy and the host Jasmine. I will be renting here again.
