The host are great! I sent them numerous messages and requests for information before our trip and they responded very quickly. Pick-up and return were a breeze! This camper is great for a couple however it's a little cramped for a family. We were a family of 4 and while it does state that it sleeps 5, we found it a little crowded. This camper was advertised as a 28ft however after having picked it up we realized that it was 24ft. We were a little disappointed when we picked-it up and were told that we wouldn't be able to use the outdoor griddle as it needed to be fixed. However, it is a beautiful camper, very modern and clean. One suggestion for the hosts would be to provide universal tow mirrors to renters.
