Good communication. Setup was on time.
Big plus, all beds have 9” mattresses.
Heat, hot water, and fridge work great.
On day 2 we did have a problem with the propane gas regulator. Heather came out and replaced it.
Stuff happens, it’s the way it’s dealt with that counts.
Overall good experience.

We had the host deliver the camper for us and everything was great! Nicely stocked and very clean! Great weekend camping with the family !

Trailer was delivered as promised and set up all the way which made for an easy drive to the campground. There was some issue with communication on when the trailer was dropped off but that was remedied by talking with the campground staff. The inside of the trailer was clean and had all the amenities listed. The outside of the trailer was quite dirty but in good condition. There was constant issues with the lights inside working. They would constantly flicker and strobe and oftentimes, we would only have a few working lights. I had told the owner about one light when we showed up and was told this was normal, but it got worse throughout the trip when the other lights began to have problems. Not an ideal issue to have happen and be a common problem, but we made due.

Heather was an excellent host and provided excellent communications. The camper was delivered timely and set up well. Camper condition was immaculate and very clean. No issues whatsoever. 5 stars in my book and I highly recommend this host.

Heather was responsive and communicative. The RV was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend of camping. The entire process was seamless, and I would definitely rent from Heather again!
