This is our 6th year renting on outdoorsy and there has never been an issue but this experience was not pleasant. First we were charged $100 for a “cleaning/prep fee” and when I got home from picking up the trailer discovered the sheets very dirty and during our trip found many other things that were not clean.
Then when my husband returned the rental the owner was VERY rude towards my husband and used foul language. He was very taken back by the owners behavior during the return process. Would not recommend.
