Everything was perfect! RV pickup was easy and well-organized. We got a great introduction to the RV, a walkthrough of all the mechanical systems, and a good driving demo. Then we were off! All together, took about 1.5 hours.

Natalia was very responsive to my questions over the few months while my husband and I were exploring the idea of renting an RV, and when we went to pick up the Sunseeker for an extended weekend trip, she spent an exceptional amount of time making sure everything was working correctly before we drove away. We also appreciated Outdoorsy's requirements for a "driving lesson" for each potential driver, including a checklist of required "training", including left and right turns and backing up (kinda scary at first!) before hitting the road. The only bump in the road was confusion over in-season vs. off-season rental pricing which we were able to work out easily. Overall, renting Natalia's RV was a very positive experience. We would absolutely rent from her again if we ever had a need to rent an RV in the future!

BEST. VACATION. EVER. compliments of this pristine, luxury RV! I'm not exactly the 'outdoor' type, so when my family suggested camping on Lake Winnipesaukee this summer, I panicked as my mind conjured up every itchy camping scene from the movies. However, when I stepped inside this RV, my fears fell by the wayside and I fell madly in love with a Glamper named Gladys 2.0!
