My wife and I love weekend getaways. We love outdoors especially camping with our family and friends since we got married. We started out outdoor adventures with tenting and decided a few years ago to have our own RV to avoid the hassle from packing and unpacking stuff for and after a trip as it becomes troublesome as we age. We have 4 children in total, the 2 are now over are now in their early 20s while while the other one is in his senior year in high school (whom the first 3 are hardly get to join us during camping), and the youngest is at 8. Our favorite trip was last year on CAnada Day at Rocky Mountain House AB where we caught big trouts about 18-20 inches long.

Arvin's RV was like a second home! It was fully stocked with items: saran wrap, foil, coffee maker, even an extra toothbrush! Generator usage made camping a breeze in off grid campsites. Additional things like a dash cam, vacuum cleaner, water filter showed that the RV was well taken care of. Beds/sheets/pillows were so comfy. Would totally rent from Arvin again when we go to Calgary next time!

We were very disappointed in our rental with Arvin. Upon return of the RV it was determined that we had lost the rear driver's side hubcap cover. We were disappointed to learn upon our return home that Arvin charged $456.40 to our deposit to replace all 4 hub cap covers. We found it unreasonable to have to pay for a whole set when only one was lost. We contacted Arvin and informed him that there are single hubcap covers available on Ebay and Amazon and after an initial response he stopped responding to our messages. We were very shocked based on his ratings that he would do such a thing to us. We ended up having to start a dispute with Outdoorsy because he refused to issue us a partial refund. After a lengthy process, Outdoorsy ultimately sided with us and issued us the refund we were asking for. We hope in the future Arvin will be more forgiving of renters he acknowledged took good care of his vehicle.

Arvin was very accommodating and very friendly. The motorhome was cleaned and functional. It also comes with all the necessities and extras, it even comes with spices. Highly recommend and awesome customer service.

Arvin est un super hosts, le campeur etait super propre et super fonctionel. Ca couté environ 300$ d'essence pour 750km ce qui est très bon pour un VR. je recommande ce VR pour vos vacance !!!!

Arvin was amazing to deal with and the RV was perfect. My husband and I had the best weekend away in Banff. The RV was exactly as we expected, very clean and well taken care of. We can't wait to do it again. Thanks Arvin.

Arvin's RV was a great host during our stay in the Rockies. We had such a great time ! This RV is new and in very good condition, it is very well equipped and clean. It is really appreciated. Arvin is available, he helped us with a problem with the water heater at the beginning of the trip by traveling to Banff. Unfortunately we ended the trip without hot water but showers were available in almost all of our campsites. We recommend this RV !
