Great RV, but I dinged a star because the listing said a bike rack was provided, and when I asked the owner about what kind of bike rack, he told me it cost $30 extra. He was generally not familiar with what he said his van had in his listing, asked me at one point to send him what HE had said his van had, and so we brought WAY too much stuff, thinking it wasn’t provided. Also I will not be using Outdoorsy again - they made the communication issues even worse. The van has a few things broken here and there, but it fulfilled our needs pretty well.

Our experience with Andrew was absolutely fantastic. The day before our trip, he sent us a detailed video walkthrough on how to operate the van and clear instructions for pickup, which made everything super easy. Throughout the trip, Andrew stayed in touch, checked in to see how things were going, and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The van itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. Truly a 5-star experience — highly recommend!

The RV was perfect for a family of 4.
We traveled to Zion and Bryce Canyon so flying into Vegas made the most sense. Andrew’s RV was a short ride from the airport and easy to find. Andrew was a quick communicator for any questions that came up for us before and during the trip.

The van was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for our 6 day trip around Utah and Arizona. It was our first time renting a camper van and the process was very smooth. Andrew was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
