My husband and I have 3 young kids and we love being outdoors. Camping is our favorite thing to do as a family because it really brings us together, gets us away from the busy-ness of life, and helps us all relax and create memories together.

I have rented from Outdoorsy several times. This was not a good experience. Krista said they'd like to drop off before 4pm, so I made arrangements to be there in plenty of time. However when I got there the delivery man said he couldn't make it then, more like 6:30 pm. He didn't show up until 7:30. He said the propane tanks might not be full, in spite of the forecasted below freezing weather. Why not make sure the tanks are full? Luckily the propane lasted, but he did not start the furnace before he left. He also had trouble getting the slide out to work. The water heater only worked on Friday, but not Saturday or Sunday. When I contacted him he suggested checking the breaker box and the fuse panel which I did, but found nothing wrong. He said from time to time the water heater internal fuse (?) goes out and there were extras in the trailer. He said I could Google it to see how its done, which is ridiculous. He never offered to come fix it, so we did without. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the trailer. There was a sticky mess on the floor and when we wiped it up the floor was filthy, leaving black residue on the towel. There was only one pillow in a trailer that sleeps six. I'll never rent from this group again.

We had a wonderful camping trip! The RV was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The owner was great and sent packing tips and checked in on us while we were on our trip. Overall, a great experience!
