Josh was quick to respond, very polite and friendly. He even offered delivery and pick up of the camper due to change in storage location. The camper was clean and well-stocked with basics. The only issue was getting enough hot water. Josh apologized and was going to look into it, and I trust he will. The bathroom is very compact, but sure beat a 2am romp in the dark to the pit toilet! First time using Outdoorsy. Would not hesitate booking thru Outdoorsy or with Josh.

Everything about our experience was great. Communication was great. Camper was delivered and arrived on time with quick setup. Camper itself was clean, well stocked with supplies, and everything functioned great.

First time towing a camper trailer. This 18 foot Dutchman was perfect for the 2 of us. Towed very well with my Dodge Ram. All the way to West Virginia and back. We're hooked on traveling this way now. Thanks Josh for helping to get us started - letting us borrow your camper and being so flexible with the arrangements. Much appreciated. Outdoorsy web site and messaging apps were excellent also. Made sure we had all the bases covered and it was easy to text with Josh. Well done. We'll be back for sure.

Our trip was very good and the RV more than met our needs. Josh made sure all our questions were answered about the operation on the RV. Communication with Josh was great and he replied to our querries within a short period of time.

Very clean camper, owner friendly and very flexible and accommodating in regards to pick-up time. Provided helpful information in set-up and operation of unit, and helped with hook-up. This was our first experience renting and we highly recommend the owner and camper!
