Britton was a great host. Available by cell when needed. RV was great and everything worked well. Pulled great and brakes were strong. Definitely recommend

At first things were good, until they weren’t! Camper came with a 2000 watt generator they wouldn’t even run the microwave with nothing else in the camper running. Microwave would run for about 10 seconds and then trip the generator. All of the beds were like sleeping on rocks. It got down to 30 some degrees and couldn’t even run the heat and were told if we wanted all the ammenities of the camper to go rent a bigger generator (Like what the hell is that, I just paid you $1,800 dollars for 6 days). Wait it gets better. When we tried to run the heat we were flooded with stink bugs and lady bugs when the fan started running, but again would kick out the generator, so no heat in 30 degree temps!! We easily killed over a hundred of them and they were still coming, as well as getting into all of our clothing and the bedding. Britton though tried to say that we left doors and windows open and that’s where they came from trying to cover his ass when we spent all six days outside for race activities and guess what? No bugs outside at all. If the amount of bugs you see in these pictures, you can only imagine what it would have been like outside!!!! The back toilet, would run non-stop and would almost flood if we didn’t turn off the water pump. We got it to stop for a bit by flicking the lever, but would act up again not to long later. Contacted Britton and he suggested we go get a new seal and he would reimburse us, like that’s something we want to do while on vacation, fix someone else’s camper! So all in all we would have to turn the pump on and off while keeping an eye on the back toilet so it didn’t over flow. At the end of our stay, we left one of the awnings out and he said it got bent from high winds, when he picked it up later in the day, so he kept our $600 security deposit. I went and back checked weather which is possible and the wind speeds in Martinsville VA weren’t over 5 mph all day long. So all in all he soaked us for $2,400 for a six day stay. In my opinion stay as far away from this guy as possible!!!!! No body should have to pay this much for what we got!!! We would have been better in a hotel!!!

Bugs- The pre trip photos I uploaded showed no signs of bugs. Multiple windows were open upon pickup. You never communicated issues with bugs until I charged for damage.
Generator- I advised you prior to booking to rent a larger generator. We are not responsible for your failure to do so. This is in the rental agreement signed on 10/23 prior to delivery.
Awning damage- The awning was left open upon departure. This is forbidden in the rental agreement due damage risk. When I came to pickup the wind was blowing 15+ mph. I included photos of the bent frame for reference. I also provided video proof. As stated in the agreement, you are responsible for any and all damage to the awning caused by not following the rules.
Toilet - you notified me the toilet was running. I advised you to jiggle the lever in case the valve was stuck. You stated that fixed it.
All of our other reviews are 5star. This was a problem renter who damaged our camper is unhappy about having to pay for damages.

Britton was a great host! He had the RV setup for us when we arrived. The RV had a great layout for the races at Bristol! We would absolutely rent from

Hi, guys every Labor day last 22 years we are rented camper for me and my friends. This year from Britton Settle and his family.
We are fully recommended, camper was clean small like brand new. Drop off and also pickup 100% service. We were very, very satisfied. Thanks again Josef Beranek and friends.

Britton was GREAT! The RV was delivered early. He had outside and inside lights on to welcome us. + he had soap and toiletries set out. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Coffee maker w coffee, creamer, and sugar was a plus. We had a few questions and he was quick to respond. Lots of space inside to comfortably hang out and chat while the weather was rainy. Thanks so much, we had a fun weekend glamping.

The RV was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 7 (2 adults, 4 kids, and small dog)! Our stay was comfortable, and the owners were very attentive and responsive every time we had a question. We were able to reach them quickly by text or phone anytime, and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely rent from them again. My only "complaint" is that it could have been stocked a little more with some basic supplies. For example, there was a large whisk and a muffin pan, but no mixing bowls for mixing batter and no spatula for flipping eggs or pancakes. There were also no pots with lids for boiling water. Those would have been helpful to have, but we were able to borrow from a neighbor, so it was no big deal. There was also only one hand towel in each bathroom. For a 9-day stay, it would have been nice to have at least 4 (2 in each bathroom), so we could change them out halfway through. They did leave us plenty of wash cloths and towels though, as well as cleaning supplies, which made clean-up easy!
