This was a family vacation to the national parks in Utah. Overall we had a good time; unfortunately, most of the negative moments were related to our RV. For example:

This was our first RV experience. It was an amazing two weeks on the road. There was a bit of a learning curve with figuring out all of the nuances of using an RV, but Luiza was very patient and helpful. She answered questions over the phone and via text and was able to walk us through some of our challenges with setting up and using the RV at the campgrounds. She made the pick-up and drop-off process effortless and was very kind and helpful. This was an absolutely incredible trip, and we had a wonderful experience.

Great experience driving Lucky through Zion, Bryce, grand canyon, and monument Valley. Luiza was very nice and everything worked out great.
