An unfortunate event (vehicle broke down) happened and things could have been done differently to prioritize our time and customer satisfaction. We believe the host handled the situation poorly.

Unfortunately, the alternator went out with no notice, this was the second alternator that charges the batteries. I informed them immediately that I was trying to get parts from California over to the island and dealt with 12 phone calls a day about them stressing me on the van. I kept telling them I did not have any information and gave them a full refund. Thanks for the one star review. You’ve got one coming now also

Super cool, rent a van was a dream for me and my wife, and came truth. Matt help us. We rent a van perfect size, and with restroom. all run ok, and we gonna repeat soon.

We enjoyed almost 2 weeks in this marvelous home on wheels, exploring Oahu, loving every moment! Matt is exceptionally supportive and responsive, and he thought of all the details in creating an amazing travel experience. The van is luxury - totally complete, comfortable, city-friendly, high-tech and spacious-feeling for it's size. Highly recommended!!

The host was great - very helpful in explaining all the features of the van and was also available by text for any questions that came up while we were using the van.

We had an amazing week long trip in the RV around the island. Matt is an awesome host and guide and was super responsive to our requests and needs. He really set us up for success. Traveling around in an RV is a dream and a wonderful way to see Oahu. Would do again anytime! The Van has everything you need and very intuitive.

First of all, Matt, our host, is an awesome and very responsive gentleman. As for the RV Camper Van…outstanding experience and such a beautiful coach vehicle with everything you’ll need in experiencing “glamping.” All you really need is to bring your beach clothes and food, Matt has every necessary kitchen utensils for your adventure. It got me convinced to either buy one or rent from Matt once again before i get my own. As i told Matt, i ran out of words to describe our trip…but to put in one word…AWESOME! Much mahalo Matt for being a good host and becoming a lifelong friend!
