Our goal is to provide everything you need to have an amazing adventure on the island. We hope to steer you outside of the resorts and standard tourism experience here in Hawaii, and help you find a lifelong appreciation for the incredible natural environment here. The Tacoma made for a great trip. Our family of four had a great time with it. There is no better way to see the island and enjoy the outdoors. Tim was easy to work with and the truck got us everywhere we wanted to be. Highly recommend renting the Big Island Truck camper.

From start to finish, this was a perfect experience! The host was super responsive, extremely friendly and helpful and the truck worked wonderfully for what we needed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Above and beyond expectations!

We had a wonderful time using the 4x4 Toyota Tacoma and slept perfectly well in the rooftop tent. Communication was excellent and easy, Tim did a great job and was very friendly explaining the vehicle well. So we had the best time!

We had a great experience renting the Overlander from Tim. Easy communication and instructions were clear. The truck was very organized and had lots of different things you would need. The rooftop tent was comfortable and easy to set up and take down. Tim was very personable. Would highly recommend!

We had the BEST experience! The communication was great before, during and after our trip. The truck was clean and ready for us at the airport upon arrival. I appreciated the airport parking pass that let us in and out of airport parking without any extra fees. And the truck was full of everything we needed to camp the island and make the best memories with our kids. Can’t recommend Overlander more! It was everything we hoped for.

Wonderful host and awesome truck loaded perfectly for beach camping. Included all the essentials we needed for 4 people camping for 3 nights. Well-designed storage in bed left plenty of room for our luggage too. Many of our fav memories of our Hawaii trip were made possible because of this rental. Thank you so much, Tim!!!
