We had a wonderful weekend in a beautiful and clean camper. Communication was excellent and when we had an issue with the propane it was addressed quickly.

Big Lick RV made the weekend rental and tailgating at Va Tech a breeze. RV was clean and everything operated as advertised. Excellent camping experience on campus.

Most excellent service! The entire team was extremely responsive and helpful. We did have some AC issues and they were quick to reply and assist in remediation. Even came to our campsite late in the evening to assist.

We have rented from this owner before and as usual everything was seamless. The RV was clean and ready to go when we got there. I even forgot paper towels and there was already some in the RV for use. We have no complaints and can't wait for our next rental!!!
