Hi my name is Erica Trevino I have 4 children & a awesome Husband. We are still fairly new to the RV world but have been camping for some years which is what lead us to get our trailer RV! We go out to Fort Brag every yr & want to continue making memories in other places getting our family out more experiencing life & that’s why we decided to also allow others to share that & their own experience using our travel trailer! Why let it sit at storage we want our beautiful baby to explore new places with others giving comfort & ease just as she has for us. Which made our trips that much more fun!!!

BEWARE!! Couldn’t get final confirmation (after payment was received) of a delivery meet time until I contacted Outdoorsy to contact host. Then host attempted to deliver trailer over 7 hours late (all with very minimal communication from the host during this time) arriving at the camp site originally after 10pm! I had to drive home just prior to their arrival and completely abandon my trip as I had my son and 3 y/o grandson with me and nowhere to sleep. (Per family that was camping there) Upon attempted set up of trailer (which was after midnight at this point, because they did not fill the trailer with water even tho I expressly asked them to and was assured they would.) The water pump was spewing water all over the campsite. My family asked the host to just take the trailer away as I was already gone and it was not working properly. I asked host for a refund as I was NOT able to use the trailer. She not only refused the refund, but put a claim of $250 extra dollars against my security deposit!

Had a wonderful trip and thanks to Erica and this travel trailer we didn't have to spend $1200 on a room at Cashe Creek Casino and had more money to gamble.
Erica was great and easy to communicate with and had a flexible schedule which was good because we were not on a schedule. This trailer worked for what we needed it for. Next time we might even go camping while renting it and stay out of the casinos. Or maybe not! The size was perfect. There was plenty of room and spacious for the 2 of us.
Erica went above and beyond to help us get what we needed since we were not familiar with the area. We will definitely see Erica again in the future. 😁 Thank You again for helping us have an amazing weekend.

Erica & Johnny was amazing!! communicated quickly with any issue I had due to the fires. hands down the best customer service by far. Was on time set everything up for us from chairs to camping carpet exceeded our expectations went through the trailer with all functions made sure all was working before they left. Great experience the trailer has everything you needed AC was amazing!!

We really enjoyed our trip in the RV. It was clean and worked well. Was definitely a fun first experience. Only thing was the bunk room was definitely cooler than the other rooms, heat didn’t quite warm that room up.

Johnny and Erica were terrific! Gave us top notch customer service and were super easy to work with. We had them deliver and pick up the trailer from our RV spot and they had it set up lickety split for us. Couldn't have been easier. Both were quick with communication and answered all our questions. We wish the wifi would have been working, but we knew in advance it was out and was going to be fixed later, but things happen so we were happy to roll with it. Would rent from them again!

This was a great camper for our family as it slept all of us without issue. Johnny and Erica were great to rent from and communicated very well. Setup was a breeze and we truly appreciated the whole experience. Thank you.

Johnny and Erica were amazing. We had 2 hiccups, which was no fault of theirs, and they were terrific at remedying them. Cant recommend them and their trailer enough!
