Nice RV, clean and well equipped as advertised. However, due to a mechanical problem (bedroom slide would not extend) on the first night of the trip, we could not sleep in the RV and had to rent hotel rooms at our own expense. We cut the trip short, and Fran told us, "He would make it right." However, he did not reimburse us in any way for these additional expenses, even though his RV was not suitable for camping. We paid for the actual days used not the full reservation period. BTW neither the trip insurance or the Outdoorsy insurance covered any of these additional expenses.

I could not have asked for a better RV or a nicer owner. The RV was immaculate. You can tell when you take a look how clean and organized it is. It is in brand new condition because Fran takes excellent care of his property.
I would recommend this RV over all the others I reviewed in the area.

Exceptional trip. The grandkids wanted us to go camping with them, but the thought of sweat and mosquitos all night was not very alluring. Luckily we found Fran and our 26’ home on wheels for the weekend so while the kids and their parents dealt with the elements in tents, we “roughed” it in what we all came to call The Penthouse. The coach was spotless when we picked it up and Fran gave a very thorough instruction for operating it. It was surprisingly easy to drive and operate. Fran went out of his way to be accomodating for us and the logistics of pick-up and return. His interest in us and making our experience as pleasureable as possible was obvious and sincere.

The RV was the perfect size for my wife and I. Very easy to maneuver. Powerful enough to handle the mountains. Great fuel mileage. Wonderful 7 day experience.

Fran’s rig was top notch. Pretty much good as new. Everything worked as it supposed to and he even allowed us to preview the rig prior to our trip.
