Hello! Thank you for your interest in an RV rental! We love our trailer! It is great for a family of five, but will sleep 2 more comfortably. Our Forest River Single Slide Surveyor Travel Trailer is 28 feet long and is well equipped with Rear Double Bed w/Bunk Above, Shirt Closet, Tub/Shower, Toilet, Lav., Pantry, 3-Burner Range/Dbl. Kitchen Sink/Sofa Slide, Entertainment Center, Front Queen Bed, Dbl. Wardrobes w/Storage, U-Dinette, Refrigerator, Wardrobe, Overhead Cabinets Throughout & Much More. It also includes towels, linens, kitchenware, outdoor chairs and table, BBQ and a generator is available to rent. Delivery service is also available. The trailer needs to be returned clean, septic emptied and propane tanks refilled. If you wish a delivery, we offer these services as addons. Brian was very nice and polite and the trailer was very clean and exactly as described. We did have an issue with the trailer batteries not holding a charge and even with the generator plugged in and running it did not have enough power to run the heater so it was very very cold at night. We did not use any cookware but the trailer came fully stocked with everything needed to make great meals inside wich was nice to have as a backup. With fresh batteries and a service on the heater I would absolutely be fully prepared to rent the trailer from Brian again as he made it a very quick and easy pickup and drop off for us.

Unsafe trailer. Lost 2 tires within 30kms. Then charged me for a sani dump and propane. Tanks weren't full when I got them and black water tank gauge is stuck.

It was very unfortunate that Josh experienced two flat tires during his rental. The trailer is serviced at the end of every season. He contacted me and I immediately spoke with tire shops in his area to help him enjoy the rest of his vacation.Josh was charged bc the trailer was not returned with the black and grey water tanks empty, and the propane bottles refilled. I believe he went to the sani dump, but he did not empty the tanks properly. Later, when I went in the trailer to get it ready for another renter, the smell was awful and it was so humid from the liquid in the tanks. I then took it to the sani dump and emptied the tanks. I then took it to a gas station and discovered the propane tanks were not refilled. They were definitely full when the trailer was picked up.

From booking through The app, to the delivery and set up everything was remarkably easy. Our host Brayan was fantastic, so friendly, helpful, and there for you when you needed an answer. The RV was so nice and full of all the stuff you needed for a perfect camping experience. I would definitely recommend and Kim as your host for your next RV experience.

Everything you could possibly need is in this trailer down to bug spray and lanterns. Easy to just show up and camp! Brian was very responsive with questions and made it so easy!
