We had high hopes for this trip after looking thru and evaluating many options and considering the distance to our home. We looked at reviews and photos and thought this would be a nice fit. We were so disappointed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the motor home. We were glad we picked it up a couple days before our trip so we had time to clean and air it out a bit before we left. There were many things that were broken or didn’t work properly including the bathroom door to the bedroom.
We did have a good time, didn’t have to worry too much about keeping things pristine while camping. It was overall fine, but I think the 5 star reviews were very misleading.

The RV was roomy and comfortable, but many things did not work. Bathroom and bedroom doors were broken, battery did not hold a charge, check engine light came on immediately, and the generator did not work.

Everything worked perfectly and smoothly. Communication for both pickup and drop-off was great. The RV’s AC worked the entire trip, even in 100-degree heat. I would definitely recommend renting this RV if you’re looking for a reliable RV and a host you can trust.

The van was clean and ready for pick up. Full of gas. It was fully equipped like the ad stated. It was a great trip we used the van for 4 days. No issues at all everything worked great will 100% recommend and use their service again

Unfortunately the trailer had some issues that are not described in the listing. The furnace barely worked and the blower made a horrible screeching noise when running. The fresh water tank was full of water mixed with antifreeze so it was unusable. One of the doors was broken and screwed closed but had a big gap at the top allowing bugs in. One of the tail lights was wired wrong. The roof has a decent leak at the TV antenna allowing water to come into the trailer right over the corner of the bed. The bedding was clean and extra blankets were nice but unfortunately I would not recommend this to anyone especially someone without any prior RV experience.

The day I was to pick up the trailer the host called and said there was a water leak over the bed did I still want to rent it. Well I really had no choice due to the fact I was to pick it up and head out of town so I went ahead with the rental. Was told the door by the bedroom didn’t work so don’t use it in case of an emergency and if needed just to kick the door open to get out. Was insured everything else worked upon departure. Got home and air conditioner didn’t work so the host came to my home and got it working. Get up to where we’re camping and it was just down hill from there!! Never could get the furnace to work, hdmi cable was missing for the TV and DVD player, bathroom door was so hard to open my grandkids kept getting stuck in there, and to top it off the keys they gave me to open the water and electrical compartments was hot glued together and needless to say it broke off and we could never find it even using metal detectors. Plus there was a dog in the trailer before us and the dog hair was in the weirdest places and gross!! So this is my first time renting a trailer and I’m not sure I’ll ever rent again after this experience. Also the pictures lie…. My recommendation is go see the RV before you rent it to make sure your truly getting what your renting!!!😢😢

Noah is an excellent host—very conscientious and responsible, and communication with him was a pleasure. His RV is highly functional and provided us with an fantastic experience!

The camper, while not much to look at from the outside, was comfortable, clean, and well-supplied. This was my first time using Outdoorsy, and Noah and Terry were thoughtful, accommodating, and patient with me, taking their time to help me understand the process and answer all manner of questions.
