Hello, this is Robert and Kristin. We've always loved traveling and this new RV is a perfect addition. It's very easy and convenient for weekend Florida trips. Since we aren't in the RV full time, we thought it would be a great Idea to rent it out a few days a month. We had a blast in the van! Rob was super helpful very friendly and answered all the questions we had prior and during our trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting through him. It was so nice to have AC and a bathroom. We also turned in the van late, and it was a super to do so with paying a fee. Never again will I rent from anyone else while in Florida ! Thank you Rob!

First, this is my opinion, some may think differently but I like honest feedback. Overall a nice rig, easy to drive, and a lot of extra money in and out. Pickup is 3 PM and Drop off is 11 am. Not really a full day, and really not possible to get back by 11 am if you're doing a distance vacation. Good for local, I would suppose. The beds are a bit small and the center support, well we never found it functional. The not-happy part is the fridge did not work so we ended up buying an extra cooler and lots of extra ice. Second, there is no GPS, or at least not one we found. Also no working holder for a cell phone. It was not very safe in my world, Also note we tried to tie our phone to the blue tooth as a last-ditch effort t manage safe driving but we kept getting a message that the memory was full. So we never were able to connect to Bluetooth.

I wish you would have brought some of these concerns up to me before giving us a low review. 3pm is the standard pick up with outdoorsy, we did accommodate you when you wanted to pick up earlier. The final day isn't paid for, so I think the 11 am drop off time is fair. We do offer the option to pay for additional time on your final day If that's desired. You always have the ability to rent the RV for a longer trip if that would help you go to your desired location. The fridge works great, it was working that morning during my inspection. I gave you my direct number incase you had any issues during your trip, I would have loved to hear from you if you couldn't figure something out. I was unaware of the limit on blue tooth devices/memory, but it is possible that enough other renters paired with the device and so it was preventing you. In that case, I'm sure by removing the existing users would have helped.

We did a quick tour of Florida colleges with my family and the RV worked out great for our travels. Robert was awesome on communications and instructions and his RV is beautiful! We’ll definitely be calling him again !

Everything was perfect! The van is very spacious. Plenty of room for the two of us and our camping gear, as well as our food. We love cooking, so we were so happy to have a kitchen with a fridge to keep all our produce (and beer!) ice cold. The bike rack was a huge plus too. She drives beautifully and was very easy to park. Our host was very communicative and accommodating as well. Thanks, Robert!
