Drop off had no instructions on operation and was down in a handicap parking lot where we got yelled at. The listing says new, 48k miles on it. While generator charge is listed as a cost, there is no generator, which I had planned on using. In return, no one met me and they told me to leave the keys in the cupholder parked in a street in a neighborhood. Generally we didn’t communicate about pick up and drop off, though they did work with me on a different time, only at the last minute. There were spots on the floor, an arm missing from one of the seats, and the house battery would not hold a charge to operate without the van engine running. I chose this vehicle against several other similar because I thought I’d get a new sprinter with a generator as advertised.

Kevin and the owner, Ralph, were very easy to communicate with. Ralph made some excellent videos on towing set up and a trailer walk through which made the rental prices super easy. The trailer was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It kept my family warm in the snow, safe, and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to take third family or large group near Las Vegas.

We loved our camper. Rented for 4 days and with 100mi/day allowance we drove 375mi so we remained within the limit. Even tho we drove around the entire Big Island and seen almost all tourist attractions. It was spacious enough for 2 plus the luggages. Drives smooth and reliable. It is a new van so everything works, fridge is ice cold, AC also. It was easy to handle, has back up camera so reversing was not a problem. Communication with the host was 5*. I can highly recommend this company to rent from.

Spacious and really nice to have the sit down space. Note that A/C over the bed and plug ins only work with R/V hookup. Totally worth it and a great way to explore Big Island

Great overall experience. Easy to tow. All features worked. Robert’s walk-thru was very detailed and we did not run into any issues. Weight distribution tow hitch was a great experience and the generator worked flawlessly. Looking forward to renting this RV again!
