Pick up was easy, except the owner wasn’t there, so some of my questions did not get answered until later. The RV itself is very nice with a nice floor plan. It wasn’t “very” clean. I’d call it “camp clean”. The worst part was that the refrigerator did not work and the water system was spoiled. The water smelled so bad that we didn’t want to wash our hands in it. The water was black (photo below). The bedroom door was broken but we fixed it. A cabinet in the kitchen was broken as well. Only one propane tank had half a tank, the other one was empty. It didn’t feel properly maintained, but if those things were addressed it would be great to rent. I asked for a discount due to the water and refrigeration issue but their response was that I didn’t turn the fridge on. However the light was on and it tried to get cold; it just didn’t work. The lady I picked it up from also stated that the fridge didn’t work well and may have a wiring issue from the slide out, so I know it wasn’t us doing something wrong. They were both very nice people to work with but non of the issues were addressed and no discount was awarded for the missing amenities. (We had to throw out 75% of our food in the fridge (we didn’t bring an extra cooler since we had the fridge)

We were very disappointed with the upkeep of the camper. It was filthy when we got and had to be cleaned before we could even use it. The listing said no pets but there was dog hair all over the place. There was a cabinet door off, hardly anything stocked in the camper, and the fridge didn't work. They had a mini fridge to replace it but stank so bad we couldn't even use it. We liked the setup of the camper but needed to have a proper cleaning and also some maintenance done on it.
