This is Sylvia, I wanted to let you know that I checked the tanks Thursday after you dropped RV…because First flush of toilet let out a horrible smell from toilet…odor lingers …it appeared to be the "black tank" which prevented me and my guests from using toilet causing us to use porta potties…I got one shower from a 4 day trip…the water backed up and stood in shower never drained causing a unpleasant odor that me and my guests had to deal with…Refrigerator n freezer never got cold...I had no where to put my food or ice…And there is animal hair on kitchen benches, linens in the bathroom and on the bed...These are very necessary essentials for my trip...I would have liked to have given you a positive review And I would’ve rented from you again...But I am only asking you to make this right by asking for some type of discount or partial refund...basically it comes down to the fact that I overpaid for services o never received.

100% recommend renting with Don. He was very responsive and accommodating. We had a question when we first got in, not only did he help us sort it out, he offered to do anything g needed to fix the small inconvenience! Everything was as pictured. It was a comfortable stay with this fully kitted trailer! We didn’t have to worry about the small things like bedding, towels, trash bags, utensils, or entertainment. Thanks Don! If we are ever back in the area, I’ll be sure to reach out.

The RV I rented was fine as advertised. I had no trouble pulling it and setting it up. Don gave me good instructions and I had no problems with the RV. The problem was that the RV was not clean as expected. There was an old sandwich left in the microwave from the previous renter. The bathroom counters and sink were dirty. The bathroom floor and rug had dirt and pieces of trash on it. The bedside nightstands had dirt and dog hair all over both of them (see attached picture). I did not get a clean RV as advertised. Don charged me $200 to clean it as well as the person that rented it before me. I asked for a partial refund of the cleaning fee due to the dirt condition and he was not willing to provide it. I certainly did not feel I got good value on the cleaning portion of this rental. I will not rent from Don again.
