À propos de Marty Hogen

We are retired now, but we moved to MONTANA to have more access to our favorite things: grandkids, gardening with our son and family, breathing fresh clean air, seeing the sunrises and sunsets on the mountains, enjoying God's creation. We started out our marriage 50 years ago in a truck camper touring Montana, Idaho and Washington state. Our gypsy nature has had us on the road over the years and we can't get enough of what the US has to offer for sights and experiences. Believe it or not, we still like to tent camp and canoe, fish, hike, and just chill in the great outdoors.

Marty and his wife are so nice and friendly. The Land Cruiser was very nice and the tent was very comfortable and easy to set up. Thank you!

Ladyhawke was perfect for our week long trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. It took a couple times to get the hang of putting up and taking down the tent, but I was able to do it in less than 10 minutes by the 3rd or 4th try. It was also very nice having the rooftop tent on the nights we were doing dispersed camping without particularly good spots for a ground tent. The hosts were also very helpful meeting us at the airport to show us how to use the equipment and also drop off was super easy as we just left the car in the airport parking lot, no need to coordinate schedules. Great experience all around.

Deborah & Marty Hogen canceled the booking 1 day before departure. This is an automated posting.

We were in a real bind when we tried to book a room and a rental car in Bozeman for our kid's orientation at MSU - none, zero, zilch. I was able to solve both problems by renting this Toyota - and for less than the going rate for a hotel room. THE BEST part of this is how well equipped it was. We flew from Minnesota with only our backpack of clothes. Everything we needed to camp for two days before orientation (sans food) was provided. This means sleeping bags, pillows, towels, cooler, chairs, all the cooking equipment (inc. coffee maker and stove), etc. We drove about 40 miles west to the Lewis & Clark Cavern SP. It was great. The Toyota itself is pretty old - nearly 300,000 miles, but everything worked on it. I just felt like it should be treated like the old lady it is. The tent part is not hard to erect, but if you are not an engineer, you might ask for a primer before you take off. Just remember to be gentle.
