We live a great life near the ocean in Santa Cruz and just made it better by adding a camper van to our family. After a year of researching different vans, we settled on Babe as the perfect rig to help us get lost in the great big wild. We love exploring Northern California and beyond without the limits of hotels, waking up in one wild setting or another. We hope you are able to enjoy Babe as much as we do!

Great van experience esp for someone not used to this type of travel - comfy bed, tall space to stand, freezer amazing, cooking efficient, solar power extraordinary (plenty to spare), great and ample device charging, though large it drives like my subaru !, skylight over bed for star-gazing, etc. As it turned out, I took my trip during crazy hurricane Rachel weather, and was so glad to be cozy and dry in Babe. Hosts were wonderful - very quick to answer any texted questions (and did I say I was new to this!) - and accommodating wrt pickup/handoff details. Highly recommend. Go have an adventure !

Things went smoothly. There was a problem with the propane tank, but thay was likely due to an old gas alarm that was faulty and would go off. The van drove well, it was stocked enough for two people, the inside was warm at night, and the storage space was enough. Overall it was a fun experience.

This van was fantastic. It fits so much in the small space and does it well. It drives easily and switching from the sleeping set up to the driving set up was quick and simple. Storage was easy to organize because of the magnetic removable crates. Overall a great experience that is shaping what I want to have when I (hopefully) get my own van
