We are a family of five the great outdoors. We love road-trips, traveling, and anything there is to do outside. We started to hosting to meet awesome people, share some great experiences, and get great recommendations and ideas from our guests. Our favorite trips are Tishimingo State Park (MS), Enid Lake (MS), Arkabutla Lake (MS), Branson, MO, Gatlinburg, TN, Chattanooga, TN, Montgomery Bell State Park (TN), and too many more to list. I don’t think we’ve met any outdoors we didn’t like, lol. My wife is also a cave and waterfall fanatic and has an EXTENSIVE list of places to go within a 5-6 hour radius. She’s very good at finding those hidden gems. We look forward to helping you create the perfect experience!

We had a blast camping at our family farm for Easter. The hosts were extremely friendly, delivered early and had everything ready to go when we arrived. They were just a phone call away to answer any questions. I will definitely book with them for what will be an annual trip.

Wonderful i mean everything was on point from beginning to end Ms.shirley and her husband was very very very nice and stood behind everything thats in the ad for renting and we would rent from them again

Our overall experience was bad.
First, propane was not provided...not even a tank.
The hostess did tell me that I could come and pick up a tank from her and have it filled ourselves.

Thank you for your feedback!We apologize again for not ensuring the propane tank was there. When we have short notice bookings, like yours, we try our best but some time come up short. However, we do not provide propane, trash cans, trash bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, nor towels as it is clearly not included in the “What’s Included” section. The towels and toilet tissue that were included were complimentary in case anyone forgot theirs.There is a small hand broom and dust pan included under the sink with other cleaning supplies. Due to not wanting to crowd the space in the RV, we do not include full size items. You nor your guests notified us of any cleanliness issues when we gave you the keys, during the walk through, nor when you left. We also have photos submitted prior to turning the RV over to you that showed the condition of the RV. If there had been issues, we would have gladly rectified the issues immediately.

Shirley was great! Even brought the RV the evening after a freak bomb cyclone hit our area and the roads were a mess! It was just what we needed to house our overflow holiday guests for the Christmas holiday weekend and was everything we needed. Would definitely recommend her and rent from her again in a heartbeat!

Hosts were great. Very nice folks. RV was also very nice. Very clean and well equipped. They made special arrangements with our pickup and drop off.
We did have an issue with leveling. No jacks were included for leveling. When discussing with the owner, it was a minor miscommunication. We both learned a lesson but all went very well. We would rent from them again with no second thoughts.

Thank you! You all are welcome back anytime. Just a reminder, the RV spot was not leveled and that is completely out of our control, unfortunately. There is an automatic jack included, as stated in the description, but it greatly differs from the Class A you are used to. You would have needed leveling blocks or stabilizers and that is not included with your rental, which you can review in the “What’s Included” section of the listing.

All the years we been Tailgating at Southern Herritage Classic the best overall experience. Travel Trailer was the best yet, out of 17 years. Thanks for putting the icing on the cake.
