They did a great job with communication and planning for drop off and pickup. The RV had everything we needed. I liked that they set up chairs and a carpet for us outside.

The host was great.. and there service. But the outdoorsy ha e the worst customer services ever. There verification system is always glitches, I almost lost my reservation cuz they could take my card over the phone for security deposit.. I wouldn't recommend them..

Camper was great and just as advertised. Clarence helped us with delivery and set up and was very responsive and fantastic to work with. We will definitely rent this again!
