This was my first time using Outdoorsy and we had a great experience with this travel trailer. My family and I were visiting my Grandma in Claremont and due to not enough rooms in her house we opted to rent a camper for extra sleeping arrangements. The stationary option for this camper was great. Stephen was very prompt getting back to me with any questions I had regarding the rental, adapters, and water hookups. Upon delivery of the travel trailer, he parked and levelled it and even helped troubleshoot the electric and water hookups we were having issues with. He went through everything thoroughly and made the whole process very easy. The interior was very clean and beds were comfortable. My kids had a blast sleeping in camper. Stephen was very accommodating during the whole process and when I found out this was his first rental, I was very surprised. He made our first experience with Outdoorsy a great one. Will definitely use again if we're in Southern Cal again.
