The trailer was immaculate and perfect for our family. However it was the first time the owner had rented the trailer. He was over an hour late for delivery. Then demanded we be on time for drop off. We were 15 minutes early. He was not familiar with the outdoorsy app and neglected to add necessary fees for dump and rental of generator and mileage. I ended up paying those on Venmo which should have been done thru the app. Generator was not prepped for use so we took the extra time to oil and prime. I did a really good clean on the trailer including wiping out fridge, sinks, microwave and shower. Stripped beds and gathered linens which we used very little off and organized cupboards. Swept floor and exterior steps but still got complaints on how the trailer was left. Owner needs to understand that trailers don’t get parked in garages when they get taken out, trailers are made to be taken out in the desert and to expect no dust is unrealistic.
