Vince was very reachable during entire trip. Coach was in decent shape for its age. Sofa bed mattress was missing upon pickup with no alternative provided. Leveling jack system inoperative and not fully retracted, could be a clearance issue for some. Water pump did not supply enough pressure to use shower while dry camping nor consistent enough for washing hands in sinks. City water hookup worked fantastic, no pump required. Generator would run nicely, however the coach would not switch to generator power and supply 120v to A/C while dry camping. Shore power worked independently without issue. These all have been brought to the owners attention. First time using outdoorsy, read previous reviews prior to booking. Previous travel trailer owner. Spent the week with it logging close to 1,500 miles, it was a memorable trip and I would rent again.

Vince is an amazing renter. Friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Great rental for those folks that are disabled.

Vince was great to work with! He was flexible, and very responsive with messaging! The RV was clean, in good condition and we had no issues driving on our 6 day vacation to the Grand Canyon. I would definitely choose, and would prefer, to rent from him again!!

After 6 hours into our7 day 17 hours (one way driving time) most everything didn’t work unless plugged in at RV park. No power to frog , no backup/see behind you camera, no radio, no charging devices while on the road. Microwave worked occasionally even when plugged in at park. Spoke with owner after first discovered problems. Was unable to fix. Had wedding to attend. Continued our trip. Could’ve had very nice stay at hotel for what was paid. Has put me off of renting RV again. Wish refund of some sort was offered. Renee Roccaforte
