We had an issue with the battery that was difficult to to communicate about until I received a phone call which solved the issue in five minutes. Although I gave a 5 star communication rating it is worth noting that there are gaps in the Outdoorsy site when messaging that was not the fault of the company renting or the renter.

I've rented trailers & RVs before, as an FYI we had this one dropped. I'd recommend it with some caveats. Good = It was clean, everything worked, the drop person was really nice & left it fully set up for us on-site & the host was very responsive when I had a question on-site. Drawbacks for me were lack of a ladder/handle to help get in/out of the top bunk (it can be done, but ...), no full length closet for longer coats, thin bunk mattresses (I'm skinny - after 3 nights on them my hip bones felt it) & some windows lacked screens. Drop/pickup happened when agreed to, but there was a last minute request for an earlier drop. We couldn't get on site at that time due to our 4 hour drive so had to juggle with friends meeting us and the site owner. We accommodated the earlier time but more notice would have been appreciated - settle drop/pickup times when booking. Make sure you have everything you need - typically there's a small assortment of salt & pepper etc. but that wasn't the case. I'd thought linens were supplied but no joy. Very definitely rent the solar panel. The drawbacks I mention are pretty specific to me - if they don't bother you, I'd book this unit.

Confusing advertising said it had linens, everything you need, so we ended up with no sheets or blankets
And got charged for a blind that was broken that we did not use… Guessing it was like that when we came so take lots of pictures

Fridge didn't work. Strained to make the power even work. Could have had the fridge on and ready considering it takes 2 days to cool. And charged extra at drop off

The trailer was exactly what we had anticipated - clean, efficient and all the equipment as described. The owner walked us through the process of hooking up the systems and what to watch for. He said to text him with any questions or concerns. It was a great trip and everything worked perfectly.
