My family and I rented an RV for the Oceano Sand Dunes. Juan met us at our campsite and set everything up for us. When our stay ended Juan met us back at our campsite and picked up the RV. Juan even went out of his way to help another family member with their RV that was rented from someone else. He definitely went above and beyond to help. Everything was nice and clean and came with lots of amenities. Communication was easy! Will definitely rent an RV from Juan again in the future!

Wow! What a fun camping trip. It was mine and my wife’s first time at Pismo dunes and we had a blast. Juan Carlos went above and beyond while hosting us. He made our experience fun and easy. He even helped my cousin (who rented a trailer from someone else that wouldn’t bring it on the sand for him) bring his rented trailer on the sand and helped him set it up. I am definitely coming back to the dunes and definitely renting with Juan Carlos from here on out.

We just rented an RV from Juan and had a wonderful experience! Juan’s customer service and communication exceeded our expectations. We arrived to Oceano Dunes and the RV was setup, leveled and stocked with everything we needed from towels to kitchen utensils and all the small details (dish soap, sponge, cleaning supplies, etc…) The RV was clean, spacious and we will definitely be return customers!

Juan Carlos was a great Host and had everything Ready for my vacation before I showed up to camp site. Trailer was very clean and the family enjoyed it and all the extra accessories that he provided to make our camping trip that much easier.

Juan and his trailer were excellent. The trailer was spacious, clean, and had everything our family with 2 toddlers needed to be comfortable for the weekend. He is an absolute professional at delivering his trailers out to Oceano Dunes. We saw another RV delivery service get stuck and had to shovel himself out. We weren't sure if that trailer ended up getting delivered, but Juan had no issues at all. If you're looking for a guaranteed way to get a trailer out there and have your family stay warm and comfortable, Juan is your ticket.

We had a wonderful Experience with Juan Carlos, he made us feel like family and his only concern was that we had a great vacation. Juan is very thorough to explain the features. He provide the necessity for dry camping making our families' experience very comfortable. I will definitely contract Juan next time for RV rental 5 Star Awesome Communication Great guy.

You need to read the details! He saved us money in the long run of the trip, so again if you read the details and ask questions to clarify, then he’ll be understanding. The utensils for the cooking were amazing! I only wish that I knew sooner that the generator did not have to be on the rack on the back, because it moved the whole entire RV. I also wish that there was like some kind of tray that could fit into the cute little oven that was in the trailer because it was a lot of utensils, but then not like pan or something to like that to use in the oven.

Juan Carlos was awesome. Showed up on time, picked up on time, was very friendly and easy to work with. The trailer was fantastic; clean, organized and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend renting from him.
