The RV was clean and roomy. Best part was Carlos when he delivered the trailer to our camp spot he set everything up and took time to show and explain the in’s and out’s of the trailer. Communication with Carlos was always prompt. He was very kind , friendly and professional. We look forward to renting from Carlos in the future. I highly recommend him!

We had the best family camping trip!! It was mostly due to the incredible service provided by Carlos Ochoa. He kept every promise he made about a fully functional trailer, delivery process and the extra equipment I asked for that we would not have had the room to bring with us. The trailer was spotless and super comfortable for the six of us that went. He thought through everything we would need for an amazing trip. So much so that I am planning to use him again for next years trip. He even saved our hide as we arrived to the campground after check in hours. I panicked a bit because I didn't know how we were going to access the trailer. He thought through that as well and made sure we had access to the trailer so we could get a good nights rest and check in the following morning. Huge relieve. His check process could not have been easier for my family. Bottom line, it was exceptional service and I plan to use him exclusively for years to come!! Thank you, Carlos for an amazing trip!!!

My family and I rented an RV from Juan Carlos to celebrate my brother’s 40th birthday, and the experience was fantastic! The booking was easy, Juan Carlos was incredibly helpful, and the RV was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. He conveniently dropped it off at Oceano Dunes and picked it up afterward, making everything completely stress-free. We truly appreciate the amazing customer service! Thank you, Juan Carlos! Carlos was an awesome host and I would definitely recommend renting from him. He was on time and made sure we had everything we needed. The trailer he rented us was super clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Everything went perfectly and there were no issues whatsoever thanks to having a great host.

This was the best experience renting a trailer I have ever had. Juan Carlos is very professional, extremely responsive and cares about his clients. Our RV experience with Carlos was excellent! Carlos exceeded our expectations! The communication with him was first rate, he responded quickly and answered all my questions. The RV was in great condition and the delivery time was right on schedule, matter of fact, I arrived after the delivery and he had met up with our campground host and he setup the RV at our designated location. Carlos explained to us the RV functions and he was thorough and patient with our questions. We highly recommend Carlos for any RV trips! Great job, Carlos!

Carlos arrived ahead of schedule, set up quickly, ran through the vehicle operations and was done. Great work. I was impressed by the professionalism and the efficiency. The removal of the RV was just as efficient.

Carlos was great. When I arrived to the camping grounds the RV was parked and ready to go. Carlos was very professional and explained everything about it. I did have a few questions and he answered all of them very thoroughly. The RV was clean and my family moved-in to have a great time. Everything worked properly and had no issues whatsoever. My family had an amazing time.
