There were a lot of good things about this experience, but also some negatives. Wouldn’t do it again.The RV doesn’t have any stabilizing legs or jacks on it, so it wobbles back and forth a lot when you’re camping. We brought this up to Lora before the trip, and she said that only one time had anyone mentioned this to her, and implied this was due to their size, which she spoke unfavorably of. However, even my 8 year old daughter made the thing wobble back and forth when she got up to go the bathroom at night. It was frustrating getting woken up any time someone had to use the loo, which doesn’t happen in our rig at home or any of our friend’s rigs we’ve stayed in.Last but not least, when we checked out, we very carefully reviewed what Lora required and the cleanliness of the RV with her. She said she was happy and had returned our security deposit to us. Well, guess what. Several days later I’m hit with a large extra charge for ‘cleaning’ because the shower that had been used exactly one time was dirty. It was a super crappy way to get back from vacation and really makes me concerned about using Outdoorsy in the future for anything. We had done all that was asked of us, checked in to make sure it was all up to snuff, and were assured everything was great. We even returned the RV a day early and didn’t ask for any kind of refund. Then to get hit with a very large extra charge— the kind of money that housekeepers ask to clean a whole house in California, not a tiny RV shower— well, that was ridiculous. Lesson learned I guess!

I have all 5 star reviews, except for this one. The issue was that the RV was not clean when it was returned and I charged you a $200 fee for excessive cleaning, which was outlined in the listing description.

Lora could not have been any more accommodating and helpful. She met with us when it was convenient for us. She took lots of pictures of her RV before and after our trip. Lora was very knowledgeable of her RV and took all the time we needed to understand how everything worked. She even gave us instructions to take with us just in case we needed information. In Alaska you don't always have phone service. I highly recommend renting from Lora.

First experience for us with an RV - was a terrific way to see Alaska! The unit was really clean, ran great, and was just the right size. We were able to go into the towns with no problems maneuvering around, and it was also parge enough to be really comfortable. Excellent rig!

All around excellent trip. The RV was excellent, clean, easy to operate, and completely reliable. Lora was flexible and communicative making pickup and return a breeze.

We had a fantastic trip with Lora's RV. Lora made sure we were properly educated on the operation of the RV before departure and this made for a really great trip. Everything worked as it should and we had zero problems with the RV and we did use ALL of the systems. I would highly recommend this Owner/RV and we will be back to rent again soon.
