He rented a van with a broken awning. When I used it. It broke more. Couldn’t support the rain that fell in it. The renter spoke no English and we obviously didn’t know it was broke before it was too late. The van had a thermostat, multiple propane tanks , solar but the only way to not freeze was to run the car heater. Poor communication. Was late responding to all questions . Bad experience.

This was our first time going on a trip in a motor home. It was great, easy to drive and figure out! Would recommend for first timers.

I had several issues but these guys were quick to answer my texts. Unfortunately the table was broken so we could not use it. The nozzle that attaches to the water hose would not come off so we could not hook up to water at the RV park. They said I should buy a new one and they would reimburse me but by then we already left. It was mostly clean but could have done a better job cleaning the floor of the shower and floor in general. Looks like they vacuumed but did not wipe/mop. Not necessarily their fault but the Pioneer LCD screen is very difficult to see during the day making car play useless. Otherwise a good experience for our first time. The mattress was surprisingly easy to sleep on. Also, the air conditioner in the back exceeded expectations. We were able to use a Nuna Exec car seat as well as a Bugaboo Nuna baby seat using the back seat’s seatbelts, in case you have young children - no problem.
