owner was pleasant UNTIL rv was dropped off. literally an hour after drop off there was an issue with the electrical on the trailer. Owner provided wrong power plug for hookup to the house that he insisted we use and thats where things took a turn. Once we informed the owner of the issue immediately we were accused of causing the problem when he provided the wrong amp power plug and it was also damaged and could have started an electrical fire if you are unexperienced and didn't know what to look for. tanks were still full upon delivery and weren't emptied from previous use.
Because of the issue the rental was deemed unusable and the reservation was cancelled, owner picked up rv next day and refused to provide refund for a reservation we never used. Now we are dealing with legally trying to get our money refunded back to us for this rental as the owner is non responsive and is denying refund of payment. Renter beware with this owner.

Everything was Great! Clean camper with anything you needed for a trip. Jim was knowledgeable and was awesome to deal with. easy to reach and talk to throughout the rental process. I will definitely rent again from him.
