Steve and Lori were perfect! The RV was great, we were completely off grid, but had all the electricity needed (using propane generator). We could charge our phones and use AC. There were four of us, each had their own bed.
Outside: Camp chairs, camp table, and rug were provided — all under a nice awning.

As our 1st RV adventure, I have to say, overall, it was a very pleasant experience. There was some confusion about the pick up date, which was partially my fault for starting one reservation and then creating a new one to change the start date. That was resolved effortlessly and with no real hassle. Steve took the time to run through everything from A-Z with use in great detail and didn't mind that we videoed the tutorial as to not forget anything. We ran into an issue with the bedroom CO detector beeping in a relentless pattern as it conveniently had reached it's end of life. We reached out to Outdoorsy and the tech agreed it was end of life and nothing we could do. When we reached out to Steve, he helped provide us with a temporary fix for sleeping peacefully. He and Lori were flexible with us upon return as we had forgotten about a time zone change when returning home. We would definitely do business with them again, pending the CO detector fix. ;)

Nice people easy to work with. Wind came up on us and we struggled to close awning which caused some damage- they were reasonable and the damage charge was minimal.

They were so helpful and the RV was in great condition. This was a short notice booking, Lori responded quickly to the request and was very accommodating. Hope we can rent from them again for a future trip.
