Overall had a good experience. It was our first time pulling a trailer and found it not too bad to pull with our Crosstrek. Backing up took some time getting used to. Critic I have is that it could be cleaner inside and could be better equiped with essentials.

What an awesome camper! Definitely lives up to the name "Happier Camper". It was the perfect size for serving as our team's home base during the Sea Otter Classic bike festival in Monterey. Super cute and light-weight enough for us to move it into the perfect positioning ourselves! Easy booking, good communication with the owner, and simple pick-up/drop-off process. Highly recommend!

Our first camper trailer experience and it was fantastic! This camper gave my family of three a cozy spot to sleep in at night when we were up in Lassen. And of course, opening up the back to lounge is just idyllic! Thanks Clint for a great and easy rental experience!

Clint's Happier Camper was adorable, and we got lots of compliments on it during our trip. We did have some hiccups and things that didn't meet our expectations. While the listing indicated that there was a fridge and outdoor shower, when we showed up to get the trailer, Clint shared that he had removed the fridge because it wasn't working great. We never were able to find the outdoor shower, so I'm not sure if it was there. I agree with other reviews that the trailer could use a deep cleaning. One of the mattresses was covered in mold and should be replaced. Also, as other renters stated, the locks are very finicky. We were never able to get the back hatch to unlock from the outside, always opening it from inside the trailer.Additionally, the communication about pickup logistics wasn't great. Nowhere on the listing did it specify the times for pickup and drop-off, and it wasn't until after we paid for delivery that we learned that the trailer wouldn't be able to be delivered until the late afternoon, but we could come and pick it up earlier ourselves. We arranged our schedules for a 1pm pickup, but at the last minute Clint shared that he was going to be there at 1:30pm instead.Overall, for the price paid, I still think it was a decent value, and we loved the trailer. But it was more of a hassle and not what we were expecting based on the listing.

Fun way to spend the weekend. Trailer was very comfortable and spacious. It towed very well, no issues towing with a Tesla Model Y.Clint was about 45 minutes late showing up and gave a heads up about 15 minutes prior to meeting, but unfortunately I was already on the road. Clint was very helpful and responsive otherwise via text, and explained the trailer very well, and helped attach it to my car.It could use a deep cleaning, there are various dirt smudges and dust in the cabinets, the awning is broken, and the locks are a bit finicky.Otherwise if you're looking for a small camper, this is a great option despite some minor nitpicks. Oh and the BioLite fire-pit is AWESOME with both wood and lump charcoal, that's now on my wishlist for new camping gear.

Adorable little camper. We were two adults and six year old and that’s probably the max capacity. Easy to tow, not that brutal on gas mileage. Small fresh water tank and propane make perfect sense for the weight advantage you get here but useful to know when trip planning.Clint was helpful to work with and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Clint made my first time renting a camper a breeze. Since I had never rented a camper before I knew nothing about hitches which I needed to purchase for my car. He was helpful every step of the way. The trailer received many compliments from the other campers in the park. I did feel the camper could have been a bit cleaner and it only slept 2 adults, not 3. I did not learn of this until the day it was delivered. Since I was traveling with my 2 sons, it wasn't ideal.

Camper was fun and simple to handle. Clint helped with connection and setup! Slept 1 adult 2 kids comfortably. The shade doesn’t do well in wind. Solar power set up is awesome and effective. Towed w Subaru Forester and got about 16mpg with a cargo roof box. Propane can be adjusted to normal size but set up for the mini which is hard to get to.

Clint was great to work with. Trailer matched description and features. We ran into an issue with the 7-pin to 4-pin convertor, but Clint worked with me to find a solution. Clint included some useful camping items with the camper, although we didn't need them since we had our own gear. Trailer fits family of 4 snuggly, although probably test for 3 people as configured.
