The owner isn’t very good at responding to the messages on outdoorsy! When my husband picked up the camper, the legs didn’t work or want to go up and he had to fix those before we left! when owner was notified of camper legs not working he sent his brother who agreed the legs weren’t working! We originally agreed on picking up camper at 5 and was told 30 minutes before it was time to pick up that it wouldn’t be ready till 6! My husband was late getting there because of traffic and owner left before he got there so my husband wasn’t able to ask questions on how some of the things worked before he left. It was odd when we were once at our spot the microwave and outlets didn’t work the first night but did the last two nights! Gas pump for toys was leaking so a lot of our gas leaked out! Other than a few little problems with the camper that my husband fixed we didn’t let it ruin our trip! The owners do leave a lot in the camper for you to use which came in handy!
